A newly furnished apartment with FREE allocated parking for one car, providing everything you need for a 'home from home' stay.
The apartment has a well equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom with under floor heating and a washing machine with drying facilities.
A small decked terrace allows for private outdoor space with a view over the city.
A 43" SMART LED HD TV & high speed broadband is included.
All bed linen and towels are provided.
The spacious bedroom has a comfy king-size bed (which can be 2 single beds), built-in wardrobe and drawers. The open plan living space has a sofa-bed which folds out to a double bed for the whole apartment to accommodate up to 4 people.
We accept a minimum 2-night stay with a 10% discount for weekly bookings (7 nights) and 15% discount for monthly bookings (28 nights).
A cleaning charge is extra and frequency is negotiable on longer stays.
You will receive confirmation of your booking via email once full payment has been made.

You can cancel your booking free of charge until 7 days before arrival. You will be charged the total price of the reservation if you cancel within the 7 days before arrival. The 7 days before arrival starts at 00:01 on the 7th day before your arrival date.
NB. During time of uncertainty with the current COVID-19 rules & regulations, we are willing to move your dates (must be booked within 365 days of original dates) if your travel plans should be affected by lockdown rules. We are reinforcing these agencies’ recommendations on the appropriate health and safety measures with our own management teams in our portfolio.
